We want you to be happy with every template you buy. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. This is demo content and should be replaced with your own policy.
1. Digital products
Because templates are digital products that can be downloaded or copied right away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed.
2. When we offer refunds
We will gladly issue a refund if the template is broken, does not match its description, or if you were charged twice for the same purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@example.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
