Choosing a color palette that fits your brand

Color is one of the fastest ways to make a template feel like your own. The trick is to keep the palette small.
Start with neutrals
Most of your site will be backgrounds, text and borders. Pick a calm background, a strong text color and one or two grays.
Add one accent
Choose a single accent color for buttons, links and highlights. Using it sparingly is what makes it feel strong.
Save everything as styles
Store each color as a color style so you can update the whole site in one click later.
